COVID-19: What we are doing to help
In addition to extra staffing and hygiene measures, we are extending the exchanges and returns period to 30 days during this time to further support our customers.

Due to the inherent nature of some products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds on certain items, including (but not limited to):
- Some wearable items, accessories or apparel
- Some health and personal care products
- Items not in the original packaging, or removed from the original packaging
- Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you change your mind, we may be able to offer exchanges for certain items. If you wish to request an exchange, Contact Us and we will endeavor to assist wherever possible.
If we can accommodate your exchange request, you may be required to return the item you wish to exchange in accordance with the Returns section of this Policy. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 30 days from the date of delivery.
Modifications & Cancellations:
If you wish to modify or cancel an order, Contact Us as soon as possible. Contact must be within 24 hours, providing your order number for identification purposes. We will assist to modify or cancel your order, provided we have not yet processed your order. If more than 24 hours has passed since you placed your order, or we have already processed your order, we cannot modify or cancel your order.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Incorrect or Defective Item(s) Delivered (if applicable)
We have systems in place to ensure orders are accurately processed, however if you believe the item(s) delivered is not what you ordered, we want to help. Please Contact Us via the contact links our website or directly by email: email@example.com providing photo(s) of what was delivered and our friendly team will assist.
Please do not open the packaging or remove the item from its original packaging if you believe incorrect item(s) have been delivered, contact us and we will help. Please note, removing an item from its original packaging may void eligibility for exchange, return or refund.
We reserve the right to provide replacement of item(s) in any instance we can verify an incorrect or defective item has been delivered. We will do everything possible to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
Cooperation for verification purposes in such cases will be necessary and a return of the originally delivered item(s) may be required. This may include communication and providing photo/video evidence of the problem. If it is an error on our part, we will bear the return shipping cost (if required).
Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will receive communication regarding the return.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
Due to factors out of our control, we do not guarantee delivery dates for any shipments. Unexpected delays in shipping time beyond the estimated delivery date do not entitle the purchaser to a refund before the order has been delivered and we do not issue refunds on orders while they are out in shipping.
Once we have sent an order out to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held liable for delivery issues, including (but not limited to) item(s) lost, stolen, damaged, or missing in transit. Notwithstanding, we will always endeavor to assist and work through all cases with care for our customers.
In the uncommon event of a missed delivery, or any other delivery issue, collection of the item(s) or contacting the local shipping carrier to report the issue may be required.
Orders will be delivered to the exact delivery address provided during checkout. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the details are entered correctly. We are not liable for delivery problems due to incorrect address provided at checkout. If you have provided an incorrect address during checkout please contact our team as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to make any further amendments.
Refusing delivery of item(s) ordered forfeits the purchaser’s right to request refund via the terms of this Refund Policy. Items can only be returned to Savvy Shoppa in accordance with the Returns section of this Policy.

Eligible item(s) (as defined in this Policy) purchased on savvyshoppa.com can only be returned to us in accordance with the following Terms:
A return merchandise authorization must be requested within 30 days of your date of delivery. To request an RMA, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Cooperation is required if we ask for information
- Once the RMA is issued, return the item(s) as per the instructions provided
- Email us including your RMA in the subject line and provide a valid tracking number
- You must return the item within 30 days of receipt of the RMA
- RMA can be issued for eligible item(s) only
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are applicable, including (but not limited to):
- Item(s) returned being less than the original quantity delivered
- Multiple order items

Processing Time of Refunds (if applicable)
Please allow for the processing time of the relevant financial institution(s). This can be anywhere between 1-20 days as a general guide. Once we have processed your refund, we will provide email confirmation of such refund.

Certain products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe the product(s) you have purchased are faulty, contact us and we will assist wherever possible. This may involve troubleshooting or assisting with making a claim if the product(s) are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If we can assist with a claim, you may be required to return the product(s) as per instructions provided.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
The purchaser is responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges associated with returning item(s) and assumes the risk of loss or damage to the returned item(s) while in transit.
If you return item(s) to Savvy Shoppa (a) without an RMA from Savvy Shoppa and valid tracking number for your return or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, Savvy Shoppa retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 30% of the original price of the item(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
If returned item(s) are confirmed to be the correct item(s) ordered and to be in good condition, Savvy Shoppa retains the right to charge a minimum 30% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the cost of labor associated with order fulfillment, packing, shipping and restocking non-defective item(s).
We may, at our sole discretion offer other options to provide resolution and assistance, such as replacement, store credit, discounts, or gift cards. We reserve the right to refuse or accept refund requests in line with the terms of this Policy.
