Processing & Handling Time
Our team will work to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of receipt during non-peak times. Handling times may vary in periods of high demand.
Once your order has shipped, you will be notified by an email which will include a tracking number for your delivery. If you do not receive a delivery information email, please contact us (see the ‘Communication’ section of this Policy for more information).
Tracking numbers are generally active within 24 hours. Please note, the updating of tracking information is managed by the Carrier and we have no control over the accuracy or timeliness of tracking information.
Notification emails will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout. Please ensure your information is entered accurately. If you need assistance updating incorrectly entered information, please contact us as soon as possible.
Estimated Delivery Times
Orders generally arrive between 5 to 15 business days from delivery information confirmation. Savvy Shoppa does not guarantee delivery dates for any shipments.
Unexpected delays in shipping time beyond the estimated delivery date do not entitle the purchaser to a refund before the order has been delivered and we cannot issue refunds on orders while they are out in shipping. All refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
From time to time factors out of our control may have an impact on shipping times. If we discover there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will always endeavor to keep you updated.

Using the tracking number in your delivery information email, you can track your order using the Track Order link at the top and bottom of the pages on our website.
All orders will be delivered to the exact delivery address provided during checkout. Please carefully check the details are entered correctly. If you need to edit your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible (see the ‘Modifications’ section of our Refund Policy for further information). We will assist, provided the order has not already been processed.

We reserve the right to investigate any missing deliveries of products we have sent out for shipment. Your cooperation may be required in any such investigation. This could be related to issues out of our control with shipping carriers and we are not liable for products lost or stolen in transit.
